We inform our guest that we have taken all the necessary measures for the safety of your health using universal type cleaners approved by the World Health Organization that destroy viruses and are friendly to humans.

The basic measures to avoid the transmission of COVID-19, which must be observed by all of us (customers, staff, suppliers) are as follows:

What differentiates us from other hotels:

• All our rooms have independent air conditioning with independent control of each room and not through a central system.
• All our rooms have an independent entrance with direct access to the room and a private terrace or balcony with outside seating.
• The size of the common areas, like our swimming pool, are so large in relation to the number of rooms that there is no possibility of overcrowding or the gathering of many people, and much greater distances are maintained than the required distances both in the pool area and in the area of breakfast.
• Possibility of contactless check in/check out.

Our primary purpose Cleanliness & the Disinfection

• Our staff use all the means required to protect themselves and yours such as (disposable mask gloves and apron) and have been trained by management on the Covid-19 pandemic
• Antiseptics are provided in all areas of the hotel.
• Rooms are kept with doors open on departure to freshen the air, and a steam cleaner is used if the room is to be used on the same day.
• Please use the laundry bags provided to put all the used clothes (towels and sheets and bath mats) in your room for our maids to take to the washing machine.
• Daily maid service is not allowed. Room service is only available upon request.

Additional Security Measures

• There is a limited number of swimmers allowed to use the pool under the new regulations, the maximum number is 10.
• We have adjusted the number of umbrellas and sunbeds according to this number. Chlorinated disinfection is carried out at regular intervals.
• All decorations are removed for health reasons.
• Only room guests are allowed to enter.
• Keeping a record of all persons staying at the hotel, in case of a suspicious case, taking into account all GDPR regulations for the protection of your personal information.
• Our hotel does not cover you medically in case of suspected or confirmed case.
